The hydraulic station is a combination of a pump unit,
an integrated block or valve combination, an oil tank, an electrical box, and
an accumulator.
? Pump unit: equipped with a motor and oil pump; it is
the power source of hydraulic station to convert mechanical energy into
pressure energy of hydraulic oil.
? Integrated block: consists of hydraulic valves and channels, for . direction,
pressure and flow adjustments of the hydraulic oil.
? Valve combination: Plate valves are mounted on the
vertical board to connect with the tubing behind the board, with the same
function as the integrated block.
? Oil tank: A semi-closed sheet-welded container
equipped with an oil strainer, air filter, etc., for oil storage, cooling and
filtration.
? Valve combination: Plate valves are mounted on the
vertical board to connect with the tubing behind the board, with the same
function as the integrated block.
? Accumulator: A device for storing energy.
The working principle of the hydraulic station: the
motor drives the oil pump to rotate and supply oil from the tank , converting
the mechanical energy into the pressure energy of the hydraulic station. The
hydraulic oil , subject to the direction, pressure and flow adjustment in the
integrated block (or valve combination), is led to the cylinder or oil motor of
the hydraulic machine through an external pipeline to enable various hydraulic
machines to work while controlling its switching
of direction , magnitude of the force, and the value of speed.
