? The melt pump is
a volumetric gear pump delivering, stabilizing, and measuring high and
low viscosity fluids with a meshing cylindrical gear (straight, helical,
herringbone gears).
? Gear and pump body materials are made of
chrome-nickel alloy or nickel-based alloy, niobium alloy, Hastelloy,
high-temperature tool steel amongst other materials (or materials to be
specified), subject to overall quenching, with hardness of HRC62-68 and good
wear resistance.
? Operating temperature: ≤400°C (750°F), cleaning
temperature: ≤450°C (850°F), outlet pressure ≤40Mpa (6,000psi), viscosity:
≤30000Pa.s
? Employ spiral seals and packing seals, and other
customized seals available upon request.
? Motor + reducer + universal coupling + pump body;
employ frequency conversion speed regulation or servo speed regulation to get
the required flow at will, contributing to higher yield and lower cost.
? The melt pump is heated by a high-quality stainless
steel heating rod or liquid heating system to precisely control the melt
temperature.
